Anna de Bruin
Recent seasons have seen violinist Anna De Bruin perform with the English Sinfonia chamber ensemble as guest leader. Her passion for contemporary music has led to appearances with the Riot Ensemble as well as being invited to perform as a soloist and with a quartet for the Musikprotokol Festival of contemporary music held in Graz Austria. She has appeared as guest leader of the London Contemporary Orchestra ensemble at Queen Elizabeth Hall for PRS New Music Biennial, guest leader of the OSJ ensemble at the Gibraltar Literary Festival and last year led the Ozero ensemble for an Apple TV live broadcast of contemporary music at the Science Museum for the Museums x Music series.
Anna has performed throughout the UK and around the world with orchestras including the English Chamber Orchestra, BBC Symphony Orchestra, RPO and London Contemporary Orchestra. She often works in London’s iconic studios and has recently recorded as a violinist on albums for Taylor Swift, Philip Selway, Sigur Ros, on live and studio projects for Jonny Greenwood,played on film scores such as The Matrix,Cyrano, and Saltburn. She has an MA in experimental composition and is currently enjoying writing some new music for string ensemble.
David Juritz
David Juritz was born in Cape Town, South Africa.
After finishing his studies at the RCM where he was a scholar and won the Tagart Prize, he joined the English Chamber Orchestra before being appointed leader of the London Mozart Players, a position he held until 2010. He made many appearances as soloist and director with the LMP, including his debut at the 2006 BBC Promenade Concerts. He has appeared as soloist and/or director with many orchestras including the Zurich Chamber Orchestra, the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and English Chamber Orchestra who invited him to direct their debut in the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg in 2019.
His 2017 recording of piano trios by Hans Gal and Dmitri Shostakovich with the Briggs Trio received glowing reviews on both sides of the Atlantic while his many other recordings include Vivaldi Four Seasons, hailed by critics as one of the finest interpretations of that much-recorded work, and Bach’s Sonatas and Partitas for Violin Solo. His transcription of Bach’s Goldberg Variations for violin, guitar and cello has been streamed over two million times since its release in April 2021. His latest recording with the London Tango Quintet is scheduled for release in early 2024.

Anna De Bruin

Anna's career as a violinist has seen her performing in many of the major concert halls worldwide as a member of the London Mozart Players and freelancing with many of the major London based orchestras.
In recent seasons, Anna has been guest leader of the Ozero ensemble for an Apple TV live broadcast of contemporary music at the Science Museum, as guest leader of English Sinfonia chamber ensemble. Her passion for contemporary music has seen her appear guest violinist with the Riot Ensemble as well as being invited to perform as a soloist and with a quartet for the Musikprotokol Festival held in Graz Austria. Other chamber music performances include regular appearances, writing music for albums and making several recordings as a member of Brother Tree Sound, guest leader of LCO ensemble at Queen Elizabeth Hall, guest leader of the OSJ ensemble at the Gibraltar Literary Festival and performing Bach’s concerto in A minor with London Concertante. She has an MA with distinction in experimental composition and is currently enjoying writing some new music for string ensemble.
